i60x hardware Kit which includes:
Hd44 Connector and Cover, three 4-40 jackscrews, three 4-40 lock washers, three small 4-40 nuts (to attach jacknuts to Hd44 female connector), four small rubber feet,
and two larger rubber feet.
External power supply is not required since power is derived from i60x USB cable.
How
to Attach i60x to i51x Wiring Box
Feet & jacknuts are included with each i60x product inside the
i60x Hardware Kit.
When wiring sensors, remove power by unplugging the i60x USB cable.
To attach i60x to i51x Wiring Box:
Affix 4 small rubber feet
to bottom of i51x and affix
2 larger rubber feet to bottom of i60x.
Install 2 jacknuts via
lock washers next to i51x Hd44 connector,
connect i60x to i51x, and tighten 2 thumbscrews.
How to attach i60x Directly to Sensor Wires
To attach i60x to the Hd44 female connector included in
the i60x Hardware Kit
(shipped with i60x), connect two jacknuts to the Hd44 via
small 4-40 nuts and lock washers, solder wires
to Hd44 female connector, and assemble Hd44 hood
as shown in below photo.
In this photo, we incorporate end user supplied heat shrink tubing and nylon
tie-wrap for strain relief, both of which are
not included in the i60x Hardware Kit.
How to attach i60x to i511 BNC Wiring Box
To attach i60x to i511 BNC Wiring box, remove one
flat-head philips bolt next to i51x Hd44 connector,
install 2 jacknuts via lock washers next to i51x Hd44 connector,
connect i60x to i51x, and tighten 2 thumbscrews.
How
to attach i60x/i51x to flat surface
To attach i60x/i51x to flat surface, drill 0.140 inch (3.5mm) diameter holes in
surface spaced at 4.5 inches (114.3mm), remove two 4-40 x 0.875 inch bolts from i51x,
and attach i51x to surface via end user supplied alternative bolts. For a drawing of i51x plastic, click
